We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns as outlined below.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, undamaged and in resale condition.

Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: Used or damaged (cut through) Temporary Tattoo Brow Sheets, opened and/or used Stamp & Stencil Brow Applicators, and opened eyebrow stencils. We prioritize the well-being of our customers, and adhering to stringent health standards is essential in the beauty industry. By maintaining a strict policy on used product returns, we can guarantee that every item we offer is brand new and free from any potential health hazards. Once a product has been opened and/or touched the skin, it becomes unsuitable for resale due to the risk of contamination. This includes the potential transfer of bacteria, viruses, or other allergens that could pose serious health risks.

Any discounted items on an order will be refunded first, as most discounted items are not available without a full price purchase.

HOW TO RETURN

First, fill out the return form linked below.

Once you submit the Return Form linked above, you'll receive an automated email with detailed instructions on how to complete your return. The email will be sent to the address provided in the form. This email will include step-by-step instructions on how to complete your return.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

Fill out the above return form. from there you will receive a direct email with steps to complete your return.

PROCESSING RETURNS

Once your return is received and processed at our Return Processing Center, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned package’s successful delivery scan.
