Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?

Once your order is processed (which can be super fast), we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. Please make sure your address is completely correct before placing your order. If you submitted your address incorrectly please contact us ASAP. You should also still be able to update your address on the USPS website.

If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be reshipped for a small reshipping fee of $3.99 or your order may be canceled and refunded with a restocking charge of $5.00. We will notify you if this happens and give you the option, of course!

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Yay, you are so close to receiving your package! Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with a USPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.

What if I haven't received my order?

The USPS may scan a package as "Delivered" even if it hasn't been physically delivered due to several reasons such as scanning errors, delivery delays, or misdelivery. According to the USPS website, these situations can occur if:

1. The package was accidentally scanned as delivered when it is still in transit
2. The package was delivered to a nearby location or a neighbor's address.
3. The package is marked as delivered but will actually be delivered within the next few business days.

In such circumstances, customers should follow these steps: Check Surrounding Areas: Look around the delivery location, including porches, garages, and other areas where the carrier might have left the package.

1. Ask Neighbors: Check with neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.
2. Wait a Day: Sometimes packages marked as delivered arrive a day or two later.
3. Contact USPS: If the package still cannot be found, contact your local USPS office to report the issue and get further assistance.
Our average shipping times of "3-5 business days" can be slightly affected by any current weather or other delays significant to your area. We highly recommend you check with your local USPS delivery facility to inquire about any local delays which will prepare you for any potential delays concerning the delivery your package. Depending on your area, the capacity restrictions in your area may be significantly higher or lower than other delivery areas, and this may impact the delivery time of your package. Shipping times are not guaranteed. If for any reason your package has not been delivered within 7 business days, please email our support team at info@browsbybossy.com and be sure to include your order number.
