✔  Opened or used products, including Temporary Tattoo Brow Sheets, Stamp & Stencil Applicators, and eyebrow stencils, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons..

For the most flexibillity, we do not provide prepaid return labels, so you may choose the carrier of your choice to ship your return.

✔  Pack your item securely to prevent damage during transit.
✔  Use a trackable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.
✔  Send your tracking number to us so we can monitor the return and expedite processing.

Step 3: Return Processing & Refund

✔ Once your return is delivered, our team will inspect the item for resale eligibility.
✔  If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of the return being processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional Notes:

Discounted items will be refunded first, as some promotions require a full-price purchase to qualify. 
If an item does not meet our return requirements, the item will be discarded and no refund will be offered.

Once a product has been opened or has come into contact with the skin, it is no longer suitable for resale due to the risk of contamination. This prevents the potential transfer of bacteria, viruses, or allergens that could pose health risks.

✔  If an order contains discounted items, those items will be refunded first, as most discounted products are only available with a full-price purchase.

Can I return a purchase that is used and not in resale condition?

We completely understand that sometimes a product may not work out as expected. However, due to the nature of our items and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for used products.
